Guidelines for voicebank and illustrations
Please read and agree to the following "GUIDELINE" before downloading and using.
■About the use of distributed voicebank, illustrations, and characters■
▶Specify the name of the voicebank
If you publish a work that uses "Seuri", please be sure to write "Seuri" in the work or in the description.
▶About Rights
The rights to the voicebank belong to [Saira], the rights to the character design belong to [Togo A Hiroshi], and the rights to the standing picture belong to [Pomepome].
Please do not distribute the contents of this site in any way, including passing it on to others without passing it on through this site, redistribute it by speaking of your own work or the creator, paclitate, trace, re-post, or use it for AI learning.
▶About Voicebank
All of the distributed voicebanks are based on Saira's voice.
Feel free to use it with UTAU or other singing voice synthesisers. You can also use it with HANASU and UTAYOMI (唄詠).
Use for live game streaming, video dubbing, etc. is also allowed, but please keep the character's settings.
▶Prohibitions when using Voice Bank
Please do not use it as an image CV, regardless of the original character or anime character.
The use of all data in the voicebank for AI learning, research on synthetic speech technology development, etc. (e.g. Diff-SVC, So-VITS-SVC, RVC, MMVC, etc.)
▶About file modification
Feel free to modify the original sound settings.
However, please do not processing the original wav file other than noise removal.
▶Terms of Use for Official Illustration
You can use it as a thumbnail for videos created using Seuri's voicebank.
When using this Illustrations, please make sure to indicate that it is the official Seuri illustration or that it was drawn by [Pomepome].
▶Prohibited items about Official Illustration
It is forbidden to treat the character as anything other than "Seuri."
Please do not use the pictures enclosed in the file as your icon on social media.
Also, please do not publishing them on social media in a way that allows it to be saved directly.
Please do not excessive processing or alterations. (e.g. changing hair color, changing clothing, replacing the head with another picture, etc.)
* The use or application of effects or layered effects for dramatic purposes in a video or other media does not constitute alteration.
It is forbidden to falsify the identity of the person who designed the character (Togo A Hiroshi) or the person who drew the standing picture (Pomepome).
Also, the use of standing pictures for AI training, training data for AI training, etc. is prohibited.（e.g. LoRA, image to image(image2image/i2i), etc.
▶About fan creations
Please feel free to create your own derivative works.
When you publish a work using "Seuri", please indicate that it is a derivative work and that the character is "Seuri" in the work or in the description.
Use the hashtag "#さしすせせうり" to share and enjoy fan creations with others.
Feel free to draw and upload your own illustrations of Seuri and use them as icons.
Please feel free to form units at your own discretion.
* If you are involving other characters, please abide by their rules as well.

・Deviation from the setting
・Only when it is indicated that the work is a derivative work (including manipulation of age, gender change, etc.).
・Alteration of costumes, hairstyles, etc.
・Alteration of coloring
* Only allowed if the alteration is clearly mentioned.
* It is acceptable to only mention large color changes, such as changing the hair to gold, or the iris to blue, etc.
・Coupling/Shipping
［Not Allowed］
・Use of g-flags, etc. to change the voice and treat it as a male voicebank.
・R-18 (sexual portrayals)
・R-18G (violent or grotesque portrayals)
・Use that damages the image of the character or is offensive to public order and morals.
・Creating an account on social media for the purpose of impersonating/role-playing as "Seuri".
* Please be considerate to those who have difficulty with these expressions.
Requests for illustrations and other requests to third parties, whether paid or unpaid, are permitted.
When making a request, please clearly state that the request is for a UTAU voicebank, the name of the voicebank, etc., so that it is clear that the request is a derivative work.
Only in this case, redistribution of the official illustration as reference material is allowed if necessary.
▶Monetization and distribution of derivative works

・Monetization of music using "Seuri"
(When registering with Nico Nico Douga's Creator Incentive Program, please register Seuri's distribution video as the parent video.)
Please let us know if you:
・Distribute a song on a subcription service that uses "Seuri".
・Distribute doujinshi, merchandise, or CDs related to "Seuri".
[Not Allowed]
・Creation of merchandise using the official illustration (even for personal use).
▶About Cosplay
Feel free to do so. No report is required.
We will leave it to you to arrange the parts that are difficult to reproduce, but excessive costume alterations are prohibited.
